The iPhone and iPod Touch are now more secure

Apple has to provide a new update to the iPhone and iPod Touch. Version 2.2 adds several features to both devices, and a slew of improvements to security and stability.
Users will now be able to use the Google Street View in Google Maps applications in both devices. This feature integrates maps with photos taken from a vehicle specially equipped with the Mountain View company to allow users to navigate 360 degrees in the streets of different cities.
The update 2.2 also adds the ability to download podcasts to his iPhone via iTunes. So far, this feature was absent from the drive, the company that has blocked any application in the App Store used to download podcasts, to the great disappointment of users.
A marked improvement in security
These new features, Apple also included several patches of increasing the security device. The update addresses 12 issues of vulnerability on the iPhone and iPod Touch, ranging from the possibility of disclosing SMS messages with the functionality of emergency calls, the ability to execute remote code at the Administered by the device images or Web pages.
Users can obtain the update via iTunes on both devices. The updates will also be proposed during synchronization of the device with a Mac or PC.
