WordPress Notifier available for Mac OS X
WodrPress Notifier is a small free application launched by the WordPress team tells us that the new comments on our blog.
Like Google Gmail Notifier or alternative Notifr we Salva said Castro, conducts periodic checks at intervals of time that we establish as we wish. Thereby avoiding having to enter repeatedly to see if there are new comments. It is installed in the menu bar and integration with Growler.
While it is true that we can configure our blog with WordPress to send a mail with every new comment that solution does not strike me as bad as it avoids over-mails. Something that will value those who receive many daily.
WordPress Notifier is a universal binary and runs on both Mac OS X 10.4 and Leopard, but requires version 2.7 or higher for WordPress but you can not make use of it. It also works on blogs hosted on wordpress.com and promises to future developments such as the elimination of spam, comments and reply directly supports several blogs.
