MindWave: the review

MindWave is an application, available through AppStore, which generates specific audio frequencies that can stimulate the brain in different ways, so as to facilitate meditation, sleep, concentration and so on.
MindWave exploits the “Binaural Beats”, a recording technique by which are then reproduced different frequencies in each ear, so as to obtain specific results.
The difference between the two sounds (to the left and right) causes sensations only in the mind concerning the type of sound. For example, if a steady tone of 359Hz (1 Hertz = 1 pulse per second), is applied left ear, and another steady tone of 405Hz is applied right ear, the difference of 10Hz will be perceived by your brain; and what ‘the boost in different ways (definition taken from this link)
