New iMacs Ready to Hit the Shelves?
According to Kaufman Bros. analyst Shaw Wu, consumers should expect the new iMacs ship in a few weeks. Wu said that the reports of Apple reducing their stockpiles of iMac is a sure sign that the company is to get rid of old inventory to make room for new models. New products are often weeks after Apple announced delays in deliveries of the current models.
Wu said his sources have said that Apple will use a double and quadruple heart, instead of the latest rumors suggest that the iMac only offer one or the other. The quad cores should be found exclusively in high-end iMac, while the low mid-range iMac should contain double nuclei.
