Is LG preparing multitouch screens for Apple?

Of the hands of Electronics comes the news that LG is developing technology with multitouch screens for a specific customer and the rumor that Apple might be that customer. If so, this would revive the hopes of a NETBOOK multitouch on the part of our firm favorite.
LG already has a deal with Apple to make them produce the screens of the iMac, so this rumor would not be anything crazy. We have no details of the panel, but according to the source appears to be ready for mass production or even longer ready to be sent.
Apple, as always, maintains its secrecy. But this news, along with patents multitouch screens released a few weeks ago, may be a sign. Who knows, you may have surprises for January.
