IPods in short supply this Christmas

6 days ago, when the specials appeared on Friday in the black Apple Store around the globe, customers who bought an iPod at Amazon (one of the largest online retailers of the world) experienced waits of 11 days between 5 weeks to receive their player at home.
This, according to analysts, is only the beginning. It seems that Apple does not have enough stock of iPods to cope with the demand, and those who are now emptying the stores are not licensed vendors and shops of the official brand of Cupertino. This, coupled with these vendors have strong sales on a daily basis, that means there will be shortages across the range (especially in the iPod nano and iPod shuffle) for this Christmas.
Naturally, the only consequence of this is that we will have to wait longer to get an iPod, which brings me to recommend that if you give any thought teníais by Christmas, do not lose time in acquiring it.
