actually its hardware … 3gs is using arms 7 which runs at 800MHz (underclocked to 600)
compared to the old ones that max out at 620MHz, new camera otherwise its 3G Same

the only visible diffrence is that the lettering is chrome instead of matte and the “32″ if you get the 32gb model, the only other external diffrence is the oliophobic (smudge resistant ) coating on the screen.

It actually doesn’t say “3G S” on any part of the hardware.
