Macbook Laptops

Apple started introducing the MacBook laptops succeeding their iBook series. The first MacBook laptop was launched in 2006 and there have been several models instigated since then. The MacBook runs on Intel based processors and have their own integrated operating system in them. ‘X Leopard’ is their latest operating system known for its easy usability and smooth functioning. The MacBooks laptops have come out in different variants like, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook pro.

The MacBook is the lower-end version, aimed at regular consumers. The MacBook Air is a lightweight offering which is extremely portable. The MacBook Pro is a high-end offering which packs in more power and has array of features. Apple introduced the glossy display screen, which has been quiet popular for its brighter viewing and better contrast abilities. The MacBook are priced from Rs 50,000 onwards and come in the conventional white colour, the black color models are also available with added costs.

The operating systems of the MacBooks have been known for simplifying usage and giving a new look from the traditional windows operating systems. The latest MacBook laptops have incorporated the Intel Core 2 Duo processors which have enhanced performance. The MacBook Pro models have nvidia graphics card installed which provides better video and gaming experience.

Macbook Air Review

At first sight

Computer manufacturers have responded positively to our demands for laptops that are as functional as possible. Too often, however, the results are machines that are space savers on desks but are not as convenient to carry around or prop on your knees as their name suggests. Apple has therefore gone back to the basic purpose of a laptop – portability – and introduced its light and thin MacBook Air.

When describing Mac Computers, there’s always a possibility that words such as “stylish” and “elegant” will appear too frequently; but when you first come across a MacBook Air, no one can blame you if these words spring to mind. “I want people to see me with this,” is the sort of comment that may run through your head. The MacBook Air is sleek: it’s just 4mm (1/6 inch) at the front, tapering out to a mere 19mm (3/4 inch) at its deepest point. It’s also robust: the aluminium casing ensures that thinness doesn’t mean fragility.

Pick up the Macbook Air and you further appreciate what Apple has achieved. At 1.36kg (3 pounds), the MacBook Air easily beats Apple’s previous lightweight, the 2.26kg (5 pounds) MacBook.

My Thoughts on iPhone 2.1 Software Update

which allows one to generate “super smart” playlists based a certain song. Genius has been hit or miss for me, but generally, it does a decent job. My personal playlists will always be better in my opinion. So overall, if you are a user of the 2.0 software on the iPhone, I highly recommend you upgrade immediately.
